If under 35:
Staying away from sun a lot? then take Vitamin A + D supplements. And most important, eat different kinds of food. Don’t stick to one type, even if they are all healthy.

No solution….have been affected since my teenage. Coloring makes it even worst. Henna mehndi occassionally helps in cover ups

I started using umbrella to walk on road to avoid utra “black” rays three years ago, avoided sunlight and result is grey hairs ,WTF, never knew sunlight is keeping my hairs black Why I did not noticed it before flushed

The basic reason behind premature grey hairs is some liver alignment where the functioning of liver is compromised get your lft done you get lft liver function test and the doctor will be in a position to find out the basic cause and in mean time you can start consuming raw garlic 2 or 3 pieces daily it may help

does anyone in your family having ? if it is hereditary, then ignore and move on. it cannot be cured..
apply garner black, applying since 10+ year from 9th std toungueout . no hairfall nor sideaffects…

If it’s just few strands of hair then simply apply henna. If more then you’ll need to apply henna plus indigo powder.
