I face the same issue with all my bank accounts. No one allows unlimited other bank atm withdrawal. They allows only 5 transactions per month per debit card. After that they charge very high amount for each withdrawal. Is there any bank debit cards that allows unlimited atm transactions at any domestic ATMs??

HDFC Imperia from 5years, maintaining high TRV still no lifetime CC even after mail("We would like to inform you that Lifetime free credit card will be issued based on the profile eligibility"). After such BS want to move to some bank which treats customer well but dont want to loose 8 yr relationship.

I have upgraded to imperia account in December 2022 . I have Regalia First LTF cc since 2018. Since then no such further upgrade for LTF premium. All three upgrades I received were paid one. I never accept that. Now the offer has ceased. Now the upgrade is useless because you have to spend 1 lac in the previous quarter for lounge access. Now Regalia First lounge access stopped by bank and in sleeping mode.

Go for IDFC. In my wealth account ₹700000 ATM withdrawal per day at any ATM without any extra charges from any Bank ATM. It's a visa infinite debit card.
But the condition is you have enough money and enough time to play with the machine for each withdrawal of ₹10000. I have set a withdrawal limit of ₹100000. Upto nine withdrawal was smooth on the HDFC ATM machine but on the 10th withdrawal of ₹10000 , a telephonic call was received. I ignored it and cut it, my 10th transaction declined by the bank. So I love IDFC. Everything is unlimited. 1st locker is also free for wealth account holders. 3+3 lounge access free in India per quarter & 2 free international lounges per quarter. No spending condition. For the international lounge ₹3000 ($35) will be deducted and reversed back after 10 days.
