Prime account shopping coupon not working

My prime account shopping coupons (which is got from recharge, dth electricity, gas and water bills) not workin. That means no cashback shown in the payment page for groceries mobiles fashions and everything…is there anybody facing such kind of issue here?

Yes yes they looting us. They are fools. Because of their mistake, why should we need to suffer.
They always say, in terms they can refine at any time that offer.
As now today’s loot is over in afternoon itself, why don’t know reopen this coupon offer as it was till in the morning …..

I’m also facing the same problem. I though to use the offer after some days as last date was 31st july.
But Amazon looted us

129 prime membership
And 120 rs bill paid for gas water dth electricity etc.
