Prime video strange experience

So, I am a prime member.I was watching Hotel Transylvania 2 on prime video which was included with prime .YESTERDAY I started watching it and after watching half of the movie, I got some work and left.Now TODAY when I tried to continue that movie, it's asking me 69 rs for renting this movie!!
I mean how a movie which was included with prime yesterday, SUDDENLY became a RENT movie??
Also why did I pay for a full fledged prime then??
Is this kind of scenario common with prime video or mine is an exception case??Is this the way prime video works?

it was supposed to be taken off prime at the end of last month i guess..
streaming availability does change for movies based on dates, rights and region, unless its original programming.
i see hotel transylvania 2 is available on netflix now. it probably moved at the end of year.
