Procedure to close FI Savings account

Why do you want to close?

mail to [email protected] , that u want to close ur account, along with the reason.

then ull receive email with some instructions that u have to complete before account closure, 

once u complete those steps, send another email with text

"yes sir, i have completed all steps , that is made the account balance zero, destroyed my debit card, and there is no fd or any kind of deposit
please go ahead with account closer as I want to close the account"

wait for 10 days, ur account is closed 

My mother's account got blocked saying suspicious transactions. Stupid FI guys I have given all proof. But still they didn't unblock. I mostly used it in bajaj finserv app for money transfer between other accounts of mine and my mother's. They blocked saying suspicious activity. @ChindiChor99

Time to close Fi Account. Earlier I was using them just for Forex transactions, as it had 0% Forex Markup, but then they started asking to keep 10k AMB in the Standard account & that too there won't be unlimited 0% Forex transactions.

Now I received this email from them. They are going to start charging annual charges of 299/+GST for Fi card...

I hope this email finds you well. I am writing to formally request the closure of my account with the account number +++++.

After careful consideration, I have decided to close this account as I no longer utilize its services. I kindly ask that you proceed with closing the mentioned account and provide confirmation of its closure at your earliest convenience.

I have made my account balance as zero.

I appreciate your prompt attention to this matter and thank you for your assistance. Should you require any further information or documentation, please do not hesitate to contact me.

Jupiter money me bhi same charges hai to normal account jinka hai wo bhi close krwa lijiye chat support use krke.

Open fi app....on top left click on your photo .....u will see different options....click on settings ...there just below sign out option .there will be option to permanently delete account...click on it.... account will be closed in 21 days.....

Now paytm bank is gone, fi is blocked.  Suggest an alternative payment bank for transactions...airtel payment bank charges are huge..apart from that any suggestion?

I didn't receive 2% cashback for credit card bills through the cred app.

What are the downsides of upgrading to infinitie fi account as there are no charges for debit card maintenance 

I think i must close the jupiter account, as it has alos now charges for annually debit card
