Haven't tried housing dot com in a while, but initially it used to have most of the matrices you mentioned.
But in such a bustling, fast place as that, it sometimes is easier and may even be netted to tap into the information networks (word of mouth) or go the brokers route.
Obviously this is not the norm and exceptions exist. Some sellers who are outstation or out of country only list on-line or via classified, in which case the building watchmen, domestic helps or brokers are unaware.
