I am planning to buy a 16 GB RAM i5 laptop. Please give feedback for ASUS laptops. After sales service, durability & anything you can think of it.

Don't skimp on extended warranty... Take as maximum duration as possible, ig max is three years... After sale service is quite good, they come home and replace if internals go bad which frequently does.... Durability depends on the model you are buying but from my experience they don't have the best build quality unamused

Sometimes extended warranty cost like 8-10% of laptop price. Is it worth it?it covers everything+breakage?

G series in dell but do check lenovo once.price to spec ratio is the best.and they give good discount sometime.3060 +16gb ram was 60k 2 months back with extended warranty for rs.1

Cons 10th gen i7, not worth even single bit. 11th gen i5 was even more powerful than 1pth i7. Also 12th gen Intel has even better performance.

Second thing , with Windows,the way they are making ineligible for old Intel generation, I think 10th gen Intel will be ineligible to get new windows within 3-4 years.

So cancel the order and book 12th gen (even i5) Intel.

I feel every new headphones, mobiles, laptops sold in India are crap with a timebomb, which goes bad one way or another after warranty period is over.

I think this is happening only in India more and more and not elsewhere as per the customer reviews of other countries.

A few years earlier all appliances were long lasting unless they have a major accident and even then most of them were recoverable.

Electronic items mainly come from China to India. Even US gets the same. The only difference is quality of the item made for India and US (any other country) for that matter.
