Card BIN also same SBI SimplySAVE and PSB Bank SimplySAVE - 652902.

3rd thing, well, SBI is not easily conversion your card network but you can try with SBI nodal officer email id. First try with normal customer care. I am 100% sure they will reject your request and then contact nodal officer.
