First of all, this is not SBI SimplySAVE Card, this is PSB bank SimplySAVE Card tieup with SBI CARD.

3rd thing, well, SBI is not easily conversion your card network but you can try with SBI nodal officer email id. First try with normal customer care. I am 100% sure they will reject your request and then contact nodal officer.
