I am seeing below QUADFIN loan entry in my CIBIL as per my googling it's from slice.

But I thought SLICE mini is prepaid come wallet now what can be done in this case to remove the entry from CIBIL.

Already sent email to Slice.

You thought?? flushed flushed

Bro, the account was created in October, 2021. At that time, it was BNPL only. So, why surprised now?

Well, still you can get the Slice Borrow part get closed. Mail them to get it closed.

But BNPL was closed right with RBI banning them? Why still showing up on CIBIL. Anyway I have emailed them. Thanks ....

Who said it was banned or closed? You misunderstood it.

RBI banned Credit line or BNPL linked card. Hence, to still stay in the market, Slice separated its card from BNPL, and made two different products out of it.
One is Slice Mini, with which Slice Card is linked.
Second one, Slice Borrow, through which you can borrow money (as loan) directly to your Bank Account (as per RBI Rules).

Unlike Slice, LazyPay killed its LazyCard, and kept LazyPay BNPL active. Separately, they tied up with RBL Bank for Co-branded Credit Cards.

No entry is ever removed from cibil unless a case of fraud/given without proof of consent. This QUADFIN entry will remain in your cibil forever even after its status changes to "closed".
