Does it mean I am pre-approved for the CC? If yes, do I need to complete the video-kyc? I am an existing HDFC savings account customer.
Your RM or others from local branch can see if it's pre-approved, anyway this is not pre-approved but your application won't be rejected so you may get at least moneyback+ card with around 1lac limit

As above mentioned BY SOMEONE login to netbanking(only if you have savings account obviously) 😜 and see the offers sexion. The card variety with limit is shown for pre-approved things.

If there's any pre-approved offer it will show up there with limit also
Pre approved mail usually comes with the mention of which specific card is being offered.
They will show different pics in mail and when you open the portal , cards will be different, but you can try, I have hdfc savings account, still I got CIBIL hit after checking for the offers, they showed Millennia in the mail, but when I opened I got moneyback+ along with swiggy and indianoil which I already have

Also every time you login with OTP & share Pan there is a CIBIL hit even if you don't get to the very end of the application or complete the application with final selection
