IDFC is very inconsistent in giving reward points for debit card transactions.
I see that they have given points for some transactions done on 30th whereas didn’t give for some of the transactions done on same merchant on 26th.
Have you faced the issue. If yes then did it help contacting their customer care ??

Same here as well, I did a transaction on 24th & 26th Jan to the same merchant and reward points were credited only for 24th and not 26th. Upon complaining to IDFC customer support, they are asking me to wait till 14 working business days.

I did transactions on 24th, 26th and 30th.
I got points for 24th and 30th but not for 26th.
Also it’s already 14 working days since then.
Probably they missed transactions done on 26th, for everyone.

same with me not got reward points for transaction of 7th feb and got reward for same merchant on every other date till 19th feb
