Query paytm amazon prime voucher

Not able to redeem the prime voucher generated through paytm.
Tried on all voucher redemption pages some says code not valid and some says something went wrong.
Any suggestions ?

Seems, something is wrong / not right at Amazon's end.
Due to huge number of Prime Shopping Edition subscriptions with free vouchers, now they may restrict to only one promotional Prime Voucher per Amazon account (irrespective of the source)

I too not able to redeem paytm Amazon prime voucher it's giving error, even though I have not redeemed any paytm Amazon prime voucher in that account. Any solution ?

Amazon will reactivate soon, don't worry and btw yesterday i bought two from paytm ,one showing already used and one showing error as u said..
