I have used bank discount and ordered using bigbasket. Now some item is damaged. if I return it will bigbasket cancel instant bank discount since the total order value will drop below the amount required for bank discount ? for example 10% off on 1000. I have ordered item of 1001 . now 100 rupees item is damaged , if I return it my final order value becomes 901 .. so will i get refund in this case or it will be adjusted against bank discount received ?

I always get refund in my bigbasket wallet for returns. That's how it works. Nothing happens to your bank discount as it's still an order worth 1001.
