Hey all
I have several cc with over 10 lakh of credit limit. However, my limit of sbi cc is 1.73 lakh out of which I have utilized 1.10 lakh due to festive shopping this month. I know 30% utilisation is preferred for maintaining good credit. So I wanna know if the 30% is counted against the total credit limit or is it against individual credit card?

Actually both. Individual utilization is also important. High utilization in One month will knock a few points off after a couple of months, it will recover if you get back on track.

Total limit of all your cards. But I think you should worry more about getting IT notice than Cibil score.
