I received HDFC Voucher worth Rs:250/- on Feb 28th 2023 for Debit card campaign (not remember for what) with some unique code.
I redeemed through HDFC CorpKonnexions which they'll send voucher in 3 working days. But till now i haven't received the voucher. Numbers are always busy.
Anybody got voucher recently and got the same issue. Seems HDFC making too much complications in redeeming voucher.

HDFC has been sending raw (direct) smartbuy codes via sms for account specific spend offers recently to me...

@hese It's like do x transactions total of min y amount in a month using hdfc cc/dc and get 100 smartbuy voucher in 90 working days from month end... have been getting these consistently by promo email. I've been buying smartbuy instant vouchers to qualify.
Redemption is like goto smartbuy > instant vouchers > add 100 voucher in cart > put code received in sms > zero total payable > proceed > gift card shown immediately.
This month (maybe holi special) : 2k total SB spend, get 500...

Still no luck regarding the coupon..It seems we need to wait for 90 days to get coupon and then another 10 days to get the Gift card.. Pathetic experience.. How to make a simple process complicate, only HDFC knows

They said to send correct details for reprocessing the voucher.
Too much level of security checks..Better they can send through mobile number itself. Pissed off this time..Already 90 days wait, now another 10 days..
I have already claimed her voucher using my details before..But this time, one more hassle.
