Query regarding Intermiles credit on Snapay using Pay with Rewards Option

Made the utilities transaction on Snapay on Dec 2 2023 (Saturday) using Pay with rewards option, which i'll eligible to get Intermiles. Normally it gets credited in 30 minutes.
But somehow its not getting credited even after 1 day. But transaction made on Dec 3 2023, gets credited in 30 minutes.
Any idea when the transaction done on Dec 2 will get credited ?.Anybody faced similar issue?. I already mailed support of twidpay.

Seems for everyone the transactions made on 2nd Dec, no intermiles credited. Twidpay not even displaying it as processing. It seems like an issue from twidpay side.
Intermiles asking me to wait for 8-10 business days,eventhough return period is 1 day 😄
Still no update for me. Anyone got any response from twidpay? I am only getting robotic responses.Is it safe to do more transactions now? Are we getting Intermiles now?

InterMiles is asking for receipt. I have shared Snapay and twidpay screenshot
Twidpay said they will get back as soon as possible
And yes it seems issue was only on dec 2nd since the transaction done yesterday gave InterMiles within 10 minutes
Are you guys getting 1x intermiles or 1.5x intermiles for the last three days?
I got only 1x intermiles.
I think I read it is giving 50% less than last month. So probably 1X.
Got 615 intermiles for 20K transaction.
Can you please let me know how it is 1X ?

Check on merchant . Twidpay . Com
If it is showing in processing, contact twidpay support.
If it is showing Earned, contact intermiles support.
