Query regarding Tata Neu Infinity HDFC credit card

I have just received the card. In the booklet it is mentioned that the welcome benefit of 1499 NeuCoins. Is that true ? I haven't got that into my Neu Account as of now. I haven't used the card and not set the pin though.
Also I could not see my card linked to my HDFC account. I am unclear why this has not happened. I can only see my old Regalia linked with my account. Does anyone know how to fix this ?

You will get the coins only if you paid the fee, no coins if you got first year free. You will also have to link the credit card yourself if it hasn't automatically. You can do so by logging into net banking>cards>credit card>requests>register new card, and fill the card details there.

Okay. Thanks for the quick reply. My card was LTF hence I assume no neu coins will be credited. That's completely fine then.

Same for me. I thought it was LTF but in card details in Neu app, shows joining fee of 1.5k (1.5k Neu coins on spending within 30 days) and Annual fee of 1.5k.
Took one day for the card to be displayed in HDFC and another 1-2 days before the limit was updated/merged with old card.

Confusion
Do we get additional 5% on bill pay from infinity card apart from regular 5% neu coins ?
So like 10% neu coins back if paid through infinity card on Tata neu app.
