I have just received the card. In the booklet it is mentioned that the welcome benefit of 1499 NeuCoins. Is that true ? I haven't got that into my Neu Account as of now. I haven't used the card and not set the pin though.
Also I could not see my card linked to my HDFC account. I am unclear why this has not happened. I can only see my old Regalia linked with my account. Does anyone know how to fix this ?
