query regarding Trendsetter batch in Tata neu?

In Trendsetter batch, tncs are not clear to me.It says min order should be 2000 on tatacliq/Titan...but it says For Titan, neucoins/gift cards will.not be considered for meeting the criteria of 2000 ...but it doesn't say this thing about Tata CLiQ order...
So, can we use neucoins for tata cliq order to meet this criteria? Has anyone tried this?
