Query - SBI Cashback Credit Card Annual Fee Reversal

I called SBI Card customer care to close my Ola Money SBI CC and I told them I'll also get my Cashback CC closed in next month.
For Ola Money SBI, they did reversal of annual fee and raised request to make it LTF.
For Cashback CC, I've already crossed 2L+ spends in current annual billing cycle, so, I won't be charged annual fee at the time of annual billing cycle in October this year but I want to confirm if this actually happened for others or not as I really don't trust SBI Cards at all.

My query is, for eligible people, was there any annual fee charged and then reversed later on. Or were you not charged annual fee at all?
Also, I was told that I should wait for 1 year to be completed and check back from customer care if there's any LTF offer for my Cashback credit card. If it's there, I may be lucky and get it converted as a LTF card.
I have got Ola Money SBI CC LTF but I really won't be able to use it at all. Is there any way to upgrade that card later on with any other SBI credit card on the condition that's also provided LTF ? SBI credit card geeks, any idea about this?

I think Renewal fee from 2nd year means. fes that will charged in 2024 Not in coming months. Hence assuming Aug is your start month than, Annual spends from Aug 2023 to july 2024 should be more than 2L to get reversal / waiver of charges that might be charged otherwise in Aug 2024.
it's written so clearly that the Renewal Fee will be reversed if ₹2L or more spent during last year, where's the confusion?
First you'll be charged the Renewal Fee, and then that Renewal Fee will be reversed automatically. So, no need to worry.
