Bomber Identified
Was supposed to be there after a meeting yesterday ... but missed it by an hour ... and didnt go after the news.
Itna weak tha ki lqg nahi raha koi bada sangathan hoga.. aise hi koi chomu test kar raha hoga bam kaise banate hain.. bas mil jaye fir iska pichhwada laal lar dena hai jo bhi ho..
Waise ye possible hainkya kisi government ya police ke liye ki is tarah ke ghqtna ko rok sake? I think no.. ab sab phone par plan ho tab na track hoga.. kisi ka man kiya kahi resturant me jakar hag de.. ab kisi ko kyq hi pata ki wo khane aaya tha ya hagne
So , ultimately its only about deterrence, warna humari jitni badi countries mein koi kuch nahi kar sakta aise incidents ka.
NIA wagera to usko track karenge jiska koi red flag milega, agar mere jaise kisika fuse short ho jaye aur kahi bomb plant karde to koi kya karega.

I know... I'm gonna get some heat but still i gotta say this...
There is a Reason it is called the commercial capital of India. People over there have become too Money Minded.
Nah, nothing like you getting flak for this.
Not justifying otherwise. (Other than the line of thought you gave).
but.. even at the cost of sounding cheesy/ filmi..
that monologue by Naseeruddin Shah's character in 'A Wednesday'.. DOES has a point.
One is often forced to be resilient.
it is often 𝐍𝐎𝐓 a choice.
Aap hee bataao naa. That day.. train blasts happened. My and many other's place of work was 20+ kilometres away.Road traffic is road traffic and time is money in big urban locations.
Chalo forget about us/ almost elites.
What options does an average hand to mouth earning person with multiple dependent supposed to do?
[(If you want, you) Can replace Bombay with any other place name. London, Kyoto, Washington D.C., Lahore, Chattogram/Chittagong, Port Harcourt and so on.]
Koi kitne din ghar par baithega?
And in general, we desis are fatalist fools too.
In less than 13 months of 26/11 attacks,
wewereI was aghast to see the VERY CASUAL attitude at many five star hospitality properties, big malls, establishments and heck even CRPF and other agencies stationed at VT/CSMT started playing 'pass the buck' when half the (body) scanner machines developed a snag and I, others personally took this up with the bosses there (at CSMT) of all three agencies (station management, GRP, CRPF) as also others like Bombay police. All conveniently hid behind bureaucracy, red tape.
Anyway, what you said might have a point in a limited context.
But acquaintances and relatives narrated similar stories (of forced resilience) when in the 1980s the Palika Bazaar market in Delhi too had infamy for having blasts.. every now and then.
Later, in 1990s i too got to visit/ check Palika Bazaar out.
The workers, shopkeepers and even the visitors (who unlike the workers, shopkeepers had more choice to avoid).. all of them took it in their stride.
As an outsider, it was both astonishing and amusing for me.
(I once went to Paalika Bazaar.. which is/was literally a basement type market.. a day or two after a blast.. hoping to find it less crowded. It was just as crowded. It was 1993 or so.)
