There is a pick and drop bus service by ramoji from most places in the city.
I used this service pre COVID and i think it would be continuing now also, OP can check their website for more details.

Damn...Ramoji Film City is on BMS! I don't know if this is new or it has always been the case.

I visited last year and I remember searching for discounts and finding none. To save some money use your credit card for cashback / reward points.
Also note that while you can get to Ramoji Film City by Ola/Uber when leaving Ramoji Film City you'll be forced to use the expensive cabs / autos outside with whom you'll need to bargain. If you try to book an Ola/Uber the same cabs / autos parked outside will accept your ride , quote at least 2x the rate shown in Ola/Uber, will ask you to pay offline / via UPI and cancel the ride in Ola/Uber. Basically, it is a taxi mafia like Goa. Nowhere else in Hyderabad I had a problem with Ola/Uber.
