RAW photos sync issue on Iphone

Hello Dimers, 

Anyone expert in Macbook to iPhone sync problems ?
I have RAW photos available in Photos App on Macbook.
When i try to sync those photos to my iPhone using Finder, photos are coming in 3MP on iPhone.

Videos are sync in original format, only issue is with RAW photos.
Any inputs on how to fix this problem ?
