RBL cc limit decreased

My RBL card - Shoprite's limit decreased from 2.5L to 10K, although I havn't used that card much and its transaction is genenrally off.
Anybody else facing this, please share, if mailing them would do any good.

This is the first time I am hearing credit limit decrease, HSBC 10 years back closed my card for not using it ENOUGH as per them.

Same here brother, but again today got this message that revised the limit temporary and will be restored upon successful checks.
