entire amount is freezed
Mostly due to the suspicious activity, contact the branch OR customer care. Only they can share the actual reason with you.
How to know freeze?
Contacted customer care, they asked to fill out unfreeze annexure form and mail them, I did it , Got a mail that they would check and respond in 16 working days.
Anyone else did this ? would it take this much time, should I wait or contact branch ?
Found out the issue ,they freezed It because I used it on multiple Rs 500 and Rs 100 park+ transactions .
I have visited bank and they unfreezed it immediately after verifying aadhar and pan card.
in addition they explained me about hdfc life click 2 protect and click 2 acheive plans, any idea if it's good ?
Contact the branch manager , and ask why it got freezed and how it will be unfreeze ...You might have to meet in person
