Is RBL Zomato Edition card worth holding now with downgrade of Zomato Pro membership and literally no rewards programs.

Only Positive is its LTF,but RBL offers are quite limited to keep the card

It's okay, I guess. If you're making an order on which you can't apply a bank offer then it's best to use this card.
Other than that it is also giving cashback on NPS investment.
So I'm keeping it active for these two reasons.
Btw, I really liked this card because of the 5% it used to get on dining anywhere. Is there any other LTF card like this currently which offers the same?
PS: The mail which I have got says that Zomato Pro would be discontinued and not downgraded

Yes discontinued and gold is only for 3 months. So co-brand membership lost. Plus gold doesn't seem an attractive offering too.
