RBL Signature plus account opening

Hi all,

I opened a digital bank account in RBL on the 15th dec. When I applied the system said the account will take 2 business days to open. The account is not open till now. I tried contacting customer care but it was of no help as they cannot see any details and they asked me to go to nearest bank branch which I did. They do not have any information regarding the account on their system. I have deposited 11000 rupees also through Razer pay wanted to upgrade to RBL signature Plus.
What can I do now?

Wait, that's all you can do as of now.

I guess it will get resolved automatically within a week.

I faced a lot of issues with completing my kyc and getting the signature plus dc. Care and seniors were useless. Finally got a solution after connecting with the nodal officer.

it takes time. I also opened this month, most likely on a Friday/saturday, not sure when & despite doing the vkyc same day, I kept getting emails to do it. but I didn’t bother and after a few days, I guess 4 5 days, I got notified that the account is opened successfully. if u have added money already then it’s very likely that the account is already opened.
