Virat doesn't allow any good bowler in RCB, its because he wants RCB should depend on good batter only.
U can check in past history, no good bowler in RCB, and if he does good next year he won't be in RCB.
The problem lies in their auction plan
In which captains also play a critical role(we have seen how RCB performed under Virat)
They always tend to purchase star players which more often than not has either failed or the whole team gets dependent on those few individual brilliance
virat is a technically strong player and very good at odi and tests but if you expect him to play like russel,klassen etc then that is wrong thinking. he should come at 3/4 when the top order fails not in opening or be an impact player. he can play at strike rate of 120-140 easily on difficult pitches where top order fails.
