Realme 12 Plus = Display Issue ( Green Pink Tint)

Hi guys,
I bought Realme 12+ from Flipkart, and after 2 days I noticed there are GREEN PINK TINT issues when viewing on white background, chrome or wallpaper. I went to the service centre immediately as there was no replacement from Flipkart accepted. But realm SC asked me to submit the device for 1 week then only they can replace or repair it.
Now I am stucked, even Flipkart is not helping me. I saw other customers also coming for the similar issues like green tint, or green line for P1, 12, Narzo 70 series.
This was my 1st device from realme brand, and lost the trust from realme.

But its been only 2 days, previously Flipkart use to exchange/refund mobile phones within 7 days, but there policy has been changed to Brand Authorised SC. And SC is not exchanging, they are saying that they will keep the phone for 7-8 days under observation. Then what's the use of 7 Day Replacement at service center ?

If any internal issue arises, then that's not Flipkart's fault, Flipkart is just a domain where a seller sell. You need to visit service center for issue. I would like to suggest that you should submit your phone and probably Realme SC wouldn't charge anything as its within warranty. You can also discuss your problem a local mobile repair shop as a second opinion but don't let the local guy the open and repair the phone. Otherwise SC will not entertain you anymore.
