Every call whether incoming or outgoing is getting disconnected in a few seconds to a few (1-2) mins. Happening with both the sims, both Jio sims but network signal is not the issue as i'm in good network area plus it's happening in all the places. I've tested by putting it on speaker as well just it's getting disconnected due to unintentional touch.
Any suggestions?

Are you using any 3rd party dialer.
Try clearing Dialer and phone app data.
Realme ui 3 with A12 is very bad. I have GT 2 PRO. Many people are saying, my phone dont get connected when they call. + High battery drain. Just 6 hours SOT, 24 hours standby on normal daily usage
I root all my devices so getting hold of misbehaving processes is easy plus usually the ability to tame them with some searching around in the interwebs. I haven't tried but maybe it might be possible to check running processes in ADB?
P.S. Many folks refer to such undoubtedly powerful devices as "beasts" but the "beast" isn't under the control of the user! Sooner or later it can turn unruly.
Try turning off battery optimisation or whatever aggressive process/app killer is there on Realme devices for the "Phone" app.
turn off calls over volte and calls over wifi. see if fixes things.
it was a software issue, finally got fixed with latest OS update (touch wood). Hard to image how they can left such a bug open for weeks.
Funny how people used to troll nothing left centre and right for their hardware and software while it has been working perfectly fine for me. These real me shit bricks And choco moco poco phones always have some issue or the other every day.
