Realme XT Screen Flickering issue how to power off device

Automatically when i clicked on Dark Mode Screen is flickering and i cant see any thing on screen,now i googled and read some news,it says disable DEVELOPER OPTION or Update the software.
Main question is without swiping down realme doesnt allow power off device so what to do? any option

EDIT- Phone Discharged Completely and then I charged to 26% and Formatted the HARD RESET In Recovery Mode and Now the Phone is Working!
