Reason for unable to load money in Payzapp wallet

Recently, many users were reporting about failure to load money in Payzapp wallet and this is happening because Payzapp has changed the annual load limit in wallet.
Apart from monthly limits there is also an Annual load limit. Earlier this debit limit was Rs. 10 lakh /year but now it has been changed to Rs. 5 Lakh/ year.
The annual cycle starts from the day you joined the new payzapp app, for eg. I joined in March so my annual limit will reset in March next year.

To me also payzapp said the same multiple times then I escalated it via HDFC and told them it's not a bank problem because if the bank is declining the transaction then "How is your own Bank blocking transactions for your wallet?". Further, told them that I will raise the issue with RBI then they told me that this new 5L limit restriction is placed by the backend team.
But I think they first started blocking cc transactions and then to cover up came with this 5L limit ides. Maybe they will be adding fees for cc transactions in future and this 5L yearly limit is temporary. In short, they don't want users to use the free cc loading facility to transfer money from cc to bank anymore.
This app was launched this year so the joining date will be similar for almost everyone, to me they themselves told the joining date.

Not related to this topic, I am unable to purchase Amazon shopping voucher and gift vouchers using payzapp wallet today, I am full kyc member, able to purchase zomato, Rs 5000 stuck in wallet. Any suggestions

then you might not have breached the 5L limit, other than this some banks are specifically blocking wallet transactions (eg. idfc) and for some users payzapp is also doing.
initially payzapp started with CC transactions blocking only, this yearly limit is a new thing that they recently came up with because they had no explanation when users were asking for reasons for failure to add money.
In the future they may again increase the limit of wallet loading with charges similar to Paytm or Mobikwik.

Which email id? To me, payzapp support just said it's bank side problem.
Also, How to check joining date? Payzapp shows statement of last 6 months only.
