Received a wrong product what to do?

Guys I had ordered a product x but received product y. Since product y I have received is of high value, can I request flipkart to refund me amount without returning y?
Note: please don't teach me ethics and values, I'm just asking if this is legally possible?

If Product is Non Returnable they will initiate refund.
If Product is Returnable then they will take back product and refund.
It's a phone.. They've accepted the mistake and asking to return..

People here be living in fairy world. They believe in ethics and values, but don't understand what these big e-commerce companies have done with small retailers..

Guys I had selected person x on desimatrimony dot com but somehow marriage registration happened with person y (who is real sibling of person x).

Since the person y .. with whom I have got marriage certificate with.. is of higher appeal, can I request the parents of person y to send me the 'voluntary gifts' dowry meant for Person X.. without nullifying my marriage with person y?

Here when customer return same thing as verified by pickup guy and then doesn't get refund by stating return product different and you're doing this 😕
Depends on category of products, if product is returnable, flipkart will ask to return the product for refund
Otherwise refund would come directly. But account health would be affected
