Help me…I am a regular buyer & This time I got cheated..today when I open my one plus headphone box…I am in shock to see its empty box..no Bluetooth headphone was present there
I am a regular buyer so didn’t create video unboxing video..Flipkart customer care giving the lame excuse of the order is not updated from their side wait for 24 hour
what should i do now?

and from @goss8877 Suggestion I will write them a physical letter too…

got a reply on Twitter to send them a private messages..I sent with order id
also on Flipkart now they are showing a return message
“We will contact you within 72 hrs to clarify your request. Please note your request will be accepted only if it falls within the flipkart return policy. Refund of ₹1699.0 will be added to your Original payment mode within 8 business days(Bank holidays not included) after pick up is completed.”
I don’t have active Facebook account…but I think i should be active on all social media

Tweet this matter to fk customer care with harsh words and message them your whole scenario daily for like 10times till they call you,took me 100+ tweets,50-70calls,30days to get refund of S20+ phone,got poco m2 instead of S20+ in the box…

Supercomnet become super fraud in fk.. So be careful while purchasing from this seller… Did u guys remember Flipkart electronic pass of 10rs from Supercomnet. Thats a big scam even they hv not honor that pass nor refunding to anyone
So why Flipkart not taking any action against them
I will suggest one thing whatever you order from online please make video recording of while unpacking it I know it’s tiresome process but its very effective the same thing happened with me regarding watch but because of video proof replacement done easily
For this case i can’t suggest anything extra other than previous dimers
Not always possible bro, I know you’re right.
For example I ordered 3 medicines(in one order) from 1mg and these guys delivered as 3 different packages on different dates. Very difficult here.
Similarly, during sale days we look for multiple products in one order to get those 10% card discounts. Here also same thing

Tell them it is not resolved. You will see an option in the app.
I also faced similar issue once with flikart ’s RetailNet seller.
one fine day got empty box of hard disk. since it was not a expensive product did not record any unboxing video.
when contacted fk cc they intially denied then i scolded them and they took complain. am guess what not only they returned my money but also gave me the price difference as price was increased after the sale.
this is from 2019. after this i rarely use fk.

Irony is that the website is flipkart, seller is supercomnet and the delivery partner is ekart.
If this deadly combination is doing this thing then I should stop buying online😂

Back in 2017, I ordered iPhone 7 and got a surf excel inside. Luckily I made an unboxing video and was saved. Still they took 2-3 weeks for the entire process. But they did accept.
So finally got one plus headphone 🎧 and it’s awesome bought from Amazon and did make unboxing video 📸 
@weir try if you can… I always take unboxing video if it’s anything above Rs. 100…LITERALLY ANYTHING…. Below 100 i can lose & forget it.. Above 100 i make video Whatsoever… This might avoid any conflict… Straight proof.. Game over
