Guys I ordered Bluetooth USB adapter 1 qty from Amazon for 449. But they sent me a box with more than 40 adapters.. seller appario retail.. I want to be honest and I planned to take one and return all of the remaining. Do they accept ??

You may talk to the customer care and explain what is happening. Any sane minded should accept the complete order, give some incentive in return, and ask you to place a fresh order.
They can take it back but i guess will refund for everything including your 449 also. If anywhere you see an option to email seller, you can try that too

a shampoo was missing from my grocery order, and delivey guy found that my shampoo was put in someone else basket. so if u have items missing from your order or found some extra , its probably from another customer. Amazon have nothing to lose here. Its the sellers and buyers who are footing the bill

Here is me, who didn’t get pre paid items thrice! Item missing were – 2ltr dish wash, black head nose strippers and screw driver set on different occasions.
Didn’t even bother to refund the last time, lost 600.
And here you’re getting extra items without paying
P.S. keep one and return the rest or you can give it out to some needy kids.

You should tweet this first, if u initiate return they may take back silently and issue refund(hide their mistake).
Amazon should reward you!
Keep few adapters with you. Tweet the pics explaining the issue to Amazon CC handle and mail to some Amazon head. Let them handle from their end. Simply returning the item will not solve anything. They will just refund you and the packing team supervisor will cover up the error.
have amazon people been officially (email chat, call and annotation on order) informed though?
