Received Smartbuy additional Cashback of 5% against Purchase of Amazon/Other GVs using “https://www.gyftr.com/hdfcsma.../” for November’20. At present cashback has been issued against HDFC CC/DC only. Check your HDFC CC/DC Statement.
For Payzapp it’s not credited yet.
For me it’s showing in my CC statement as below:
Credit Date – 1st December’20
Description – Smartbuy 19
I have checked my all 3 HDFC CC accounts.
From each account, I have made 3 transactions of 910.62 Rs against 1K Amazon GV. Hence on total transaction of 910.62×3=2731.86, I received 136.59 as cashback in all my there accounts. It was posted on 1 Dec with description “Smartbuy 19”.
I have received cashback on my 2 Regalia and 1 Money Back card.
Not received cashback against the transaction using Payzapp Card.
Hence cashback for the month of September’20 & October’20 is due. Let’s see when bank is going to issue cashback for these months.

Yes confirming the same. I got 45.53 with same description in credit card. I did 2 transactions one with credit card and one with debit card.
Nothing on debit card till now. Also no cashback for sept and oct. Got for Aug earlier (225) and now for nov (I think so)

You can refer to the below link for detail terms and conditions regarding all smartbuy offer for December 2020.
I will suggest to purchase Amazon GVs(Instant Vouchers using link https://www.gyftr.com/hdfcsma...y/) and then use the Amazon Pay balances for any purchase to avoid any confusion of getting cashback (5%). I am suggesting this based on my personal experience. Rest is upto you.

Go to debit card section in netbanking. Select the ‘enquiry’ option then press ‘cashback (& redemption)’ option.
Hey, I purchased instant voucher worth 5k using my payzapp prepaid card but didn’t get cashback yet. Moreover for September and October as you guys said it’s pending. Is there any proper place where we can check when we will receive these cashback ?

For August, cashback issued for CC/DC/Payzapp card.
For September & October, it’s pending. It’s(cashback for September) expected to be posted by end of this month i.e on or before 31st December’20.
For November, cashback issued only for CC/DC. Cashback against Payzapp card is still pending for September, October & November.
@Suman_Kolkata I used my easy shop platinum debit card and it’s eligible as well for cashback and as you said November cashback is rolled out still didn’t get any points or cashback in my debit account.

Nope, There are few exception as well like Times point and Jet privilege DC are not eligible for smartbuy 5% cashback.

Jet Privilege Card indeed doesn’t seem to have this 5% smartbuy offer but then this card is not that popular.

No cb for payzapp for buying amazon vouchers. I have not received any cb for any month.
But you will get cb for buying other GVs according to some of the dimers, since the payment is directly from payzapp app logged in mode (not via payzapp card)

This is only for Credit Card transactions.
Cashback for DC and Payzapp Card is still pending.

So Finally I can Conclude that at least in this group, No one has ever received cashback in payzapp prepaid card for smartbuy instant voucher (Amazon,Flipkart) .Not for even July and august as well .

Just to summarize
1. Cashback for buying vouchers on smartbuy/gyftr is separate from the cashback that is given for using the millennia debit card.
2. Cashback for buying vouchers on smartbuy/gyftr goes towards “Debit Card Promotional CashBack Points” while cashback for using millennia debit card goes towards “Loyalty Points Millennia Debit Card”. Debit Card Promotional CashBack Points are capped at Rs.1000 per month and Loyalty Points Millennia Debit Card are capped at Rs.400 per month.
3. Currently, gyftr gives 10% CB on millennia debit card on buying Amazon GVs. GVs up to Rs.5000 can be bought in a month. So, one would get 5% (using millennia debit) + 10% (gyftr offer).
I hope my understanding is correct, please do correct me if required.
I have just one more question. Is PayZapp cashback (electricity bill payment) counted towards Debit Card Promotional CashBack Points or Loyalty Points Millennia Debit Card?

Missed the notification somehow hence the late reply. It is not gyftr which gives 10% cb on millennia debit card for buying amazon GV, you get 5% smartbuy cb(common for all hdfc cards, counts as promo cb)+5% millennia smartbuy exclusive cb(loyalty cb).
Payzapp cb for electricity bill payment is of two types: promo code cb(using BILLPAY comes directly to payzapp wallet for any card used) & millennia exclusive 5%(should come under loyalty cb).
