Tried to recharge for Rs. 10 just to check but it is asking for the usual payment methods, net banking/cards etc.
Not working on top-up recharge,
U can do internet pack like 149, 199, 555 etc…
These kind of posts give me panic attacks if this method is blocked for use.

Selected 149 plan but again its showing the same payment page of card/net banking. Does it show to pay by main balance in ur app? Let me reinstall it.
Check your main balance bro and clear cache if u just recharged

Edit- The jio app seems to be at fault, will update asap.
Yes on payment page on the top there will be option to pay via Balance (only of you have sufficient balance) otherwise no such option will show in case of of insufficient balance
