Recieved email about pre-approved kotak credit card

So i have received an email about LTF pre-approved League credit card. I’ve seen people say that card was issued as charged card even though offer stated LTF for them.

Should i get it or should i mail customer care before hand and get confirmation that the card is LTF?

Clicked on the email link to apply , entered details and it shows your application is already in process lol.

Check in Netbanking also, under Cards option. Try after sometime or tomorrow.
The problem with Kotak support is that no one knows the solution for these kind of issues.

In netbanking it keeps loading when i open cc option , server issue most probably

@sri222 @prem4998 @PowerStar tried through net banking , says link expired our customer representative will contact you shortly. Mobile app says connection refused. Custom support has no idea what pre-approved offer is , kotak moment.

Their customer care people doesn’t even heard of a word called pre-approved in their lifetime.

They keep repeating the same thing that sir check out website to see whole range of cards and apply for the one that suits you.

Don’t waste your time by contacting customer support. One of customer support manager told me that they can’t access our pre-approved offers and emails.
With Kotak, if the application process goes smoothly in one go, even without any other communication also, you will directly receive the card. Otherwise no one knows anything to help you. Now you have to wait and hope the pre-approved offer comeback again.

Sad , have wanted a kotak card from quite some time but didn’t wanna take a paid one. Guess I’ll just wait
