Refund from Vi Postpaid

I did a advance payment of around 600 for my father vodafone postpaid number , now my father has ported it to Airtel. Will I be getting the refund of the extra amount lying. Anyone experienced the same.

Even I had like extra 380 in vi postpaid..ported it jio..got sms from vi .. added account and received full 380 within a week

It's totally ridiculous, i paid 600 approx and when i ported to prepaid again they saying if my number has been suspended then i won't be getting any refund , so i asked them , why you guy don't tell this before giving someone postpaid plans, they don't have any answers, but i told them to refund my amount.
