Refund is not showing in the amazon pay later

I had ordered shampoo on 29 march later i cancelled it on 2 april but before the cancellation i had made full dues payment manually. Now after cancellation amazon has issued the refund but it is not reflecting in amazon paylater( credit limit should be increased but it is not ) i asked the customer care they are saying refund has been issued from their side.
Anyone has any idea where does the refund go incase amazon paylater dues has been paid manually
