Refund pending for more than 6 months

Yet, there is no update on the refund. Everytime I call, they ask for 3 days time to give me the refund but nothing happens. I have wasted a hell lot of time to get my money back.
Most frustrating experience ever in my life. I will never Recommend Timtara to any one and I want to advise any one planning to place an order at Timtara to think twice.
