Regarding HDFC credit life time free condition.
I received HDFC moneyback+ credit card which was offered pre-approved to me. I read the t&c. to make it LTF. But I didn’t understand what kind of spends will be counted. Retail spends means what offline/ online? Will wallet load / fake rent pay be considered?

I read the booklet that comes with hdfc card.
Cash transactions, Cash—on-Call, Balance Transfer, Standing Instruction, Personal Loan on credit card are not
considered as spends. Any transactions which are reversed or cancelled will not be considered
as spends. Also, returned purchases, disputed or unauthorized/fraudulent transactions, card
account fees & charges will not be considered for this offer. Further, Wallet load and EMI
transactions will not be considered as spends
Edit: Its safe to assume that all those transactions that are eligible for reward points can be considered as retail spends
The old tricks paytm tricks for wallet load not working. Can only load up to 2K per month.
Do you know where to check the amount we have already spent for LTF offer?
I cant keep a track of it due to different nature of the txns done during sale period.

Yes fake rent pay works. Paid rent last month and the card got converted to LTF few days back (or earlier Idk).
FYI, I have millenia card but it should work for money back too.
I recieved millenia today , how will i know if it becomes ltf? Don’t have savings account so can’t keep track through mobile banking either.

No all HDFC credit card has some annual unless you fulfill the condition to make them LTF. Entry & mid level card can br easily converted to ltf by spending certain amount. However high variant cards are not ltf & banks decides whether to convert it ltf or not in the basis of your spending pattern. If banks getting some profits from your spending they will either make it LTF or waive off card fee for certain periods.

“1 RP Premium LTF”.

i called HDFC and they say not to worry about charges just add some bill to smart pay like electricity bill,water bill,DTH . how true is that ?
beside i am keeping regalia just to get upgrade to DCB , so no point in eyeing for regalia LTF as DCB will have its own clouse once issued . am i right?
Right, even if Regalia is LTF there is no guarantee DCB will be provided LTF
