Regarding refund of transaction paid through Pineperks Gift card
Had paid for a transaction which got stuck in the payment gateway (i.e. money deducted but not received by merchant)
Whom to follow up for resolution ?
If it would have been a bank, i would have contacted them, should i send an email to general support of pineperks ?
Note- Amount is 100 rupees only, just wanted to know grievance redressal mechanism with Pineperks

Thanks bro, just wanted this confirmation, i was wondering if they even give refunds, since its a prepaid card with no credits allowed

If the transaction failed you will receive your refund within 7 days on the same card so don’t worry.

The process of the refund is the same as the process of any credit/debit card. Nothing changes. Contact them if you dont receive the refund after 7 business days

Contact Pinelabs On twitter they will more helpful than any support mail.
i contacted once for refund however Refund will be credited normally credited in 4-6 working days (happened with me 5-6 times)
