Regarding return policy of reliance digital

Buying from online easy either by online payment or cash on delivery
But when it’s comes to returns some stores shows their true colour,among them Reliance digital,so I had ordered a product from it on cod, I thought the product/s which delivers by RD would be genuine,but I was wrong, after my product delivered,I come known that product delivered was used one, so I returned that product and asked for refund after so long ( almost 15 days) they refunded me in reliance digital wallet,now they’re saying only that monies can be usable in reliance digital itself.

Beware,purchase below 100rs products or lesser only, before any purchase do checkout their social media how people using swear words …in my case I ordered below 300 product….so, that being said never purchase anything more valuable products from Reliance digital especially in cod mode

Also any suggestion for use of reliance digital wallet money ?
