Regarding sending of otp of HDFC add-on credit cards to primary mobile number

I had a word with the HDFC Diners Black customer service today. I told them that I got a new add-on card for my wife which came with different card number and CVV but the OTPs are still coming to primary cardholder's mobile.

Their response was that this is a known issue and HDFC is making changes to backend systems to enable sending of OTPs to add-on owner's mobile instead of primary holder. There is no definite timeline for this change but the team is working on it.
