Regarding UPI Transaction Refund

I made p2p upi transaction from the cred, money was deducted but the transaction stayed in a pending state for 2 days. On the 3rd day the transaction status changed to successful but the beneficiary hasn't received any money.
First time facing an issue like this.
Cred support is useless getting an automated reply that they have raised issue but no details.
I also have raised complaint with npci.
Can I raise chargeback with my bank?
Will I get my money back?

No help from the cred. Raised issue with npci and hdfc.

If the transaction status turns into successful then the money will be credited. Wait few more days.
