I'm considering purchasing a bike from the dealer without insurance, accessories, and RTO registration.
Is the RTO registration a headache?

Yes, the RTO registration is a headache. Sometimes milke, sometimes severe and oftentimes migraine level.

depending on location, it can be.
if buying from same state where you reside, you won't be allowed to take vehicle without permanent registration.
if buying from different state, then you will be given temporary registration valid for certain period.
in both cases, valid insurance is required which you need to furnish before delivery.
