I got call from reliance store that datacard will stop working in 1 week
but he told that prices for dongles depends on customers to customers. for some customers they are giving dongle free.

Even after paying such amount they have not shipped the wipod. Placed order on 15th June and still waiting… is there any way to cancel this order ?

it will be hard to get refund but you send a mail to CC that they not shipped the order in 1 week so you are cancelling it.
wait for 2 days else then send that mail to card for dispute.

No reply for email, reliance customer care numbers not connecting for me, busy since last 3-4 days (numbers as mentioned on http://shop.rcom.co.in/content/1...lp )
So I’ve printed dispute forum and about to fill it..But found that in credit card statement amount which i paid for wipod is not charged / not showing! But my order was confirmed… I think they will change it just before sending it? I don’t know what to do…

People from parts of Delhi have started reporting that they are getting 4G LTE network from today.

it will be hard to get refund but you send a mail to CC that they not shipped the order in 1 week so you are cancelling it.

I have cdma reliance wipod and have an active plan that is valid till 26th of july but from yesterday i am not getting any signals. Can anyone help on this? Is cdma totally stopped now? Location :- Delhi

Later i came to know that i have paid by debit card not by credit card ye, they sent (came to know by longing in on shop.rcom (no email about item shipped ) , but i have not taken delivery from courier office and they will not come here to deliver it as my place is ‘Out Of Delivery Area’. I will go for refund and buy a used / low priced data card for the 4G sim

how come deadman is needing data card!!!!

have you upgraded to the new EVDO/LTE device? in most cases, they are only activating new SIM after the customer have speed good money in buying new device.

I bought Wipod by paying Rs 2,699! still …no reply for emails. sim not activated! (waiting almost since a month!) do i have to recharge the sim?

u can try doing a 93 Rs recharge… also try recharging from paytm since on rimweb many users reported failure to do this recharge from freecharge…

how to increase validity of 9gb data…i too got but not using as i have airtel 4g 5gb data till 8/8 only….i can not find plans for cdma to gsm rcom sim

@ephoenix Twitter worked out. They activated my sim and added 10GB free data without any first recharge (and said i can’t check data balance) ,… Now the problem is my sim is from mumbai and i’m in karnataka. Data not working for me.

As i’m using airtel 4g wifi (unlocked) I have checked with APN jionet and with rcomnet sometime i have seen tata docomo is connecting and disconnecting.. When i do manual search, there is reliance 4G network which is not connecting! Any solution?

they give u 3G data at most not 4G(hate tht dont u)… so confirm which data they credited

try connecting to 3G networks… Aircel provides 3G roaming in Karnataka… try latching on to their 3G… speeds are good

That code showing 2G balance is 0 and valid till 12th Aug … Not showing 3G or 4G Balance

Reliance CDMA office says they are told to not to issue prepaid connections in BIhar/Jharkhand.
They can only issue Postpaid connections as currently RCOM4G wont b available here.

Wipod? I was paid for it by debit card and thought i used credit card. But I already sold it for 2k and bought unlocked airtel 4g wifi for 1.6k. Reliance 4G was not launched when i checked last time. Data still not working. I’ll check it when i goto city area.
