( RESOLVE ) my desidime account not working...

Hellos guys,
since 10 days, my desidime account is not working and i m unable to login into site. Its giving invalid login. I even, changed my password through forgot password option but still facing the same issue.
i created again new account now. Pls advise how to get activate my old account.
@Admin, pls help me here.. thanks
