Returned smart phones sent instead of new

Hi, I had ordered for a Motorola moto x play .this is the first time I am placing an order for a smartphone on flipkart ,and I am not at all happy with the product sent. everything to the purchase and the delivery of the product was good ,but when I received the product the company seal sticker on the box was intact and was happy thinking this was a new piece.when I opened the box I was very disappointed the original screen sticker was already removed and placed again with many air bubbles under the screen sticker but that too was not the issue. I was surprised when I opened the back cover and the sim tray these had clear fingerprints of someone who had already opened the piece with oily hands, fingerprint on the mettalic parts were clearly visible.I have ordered Mobile’s from other sites with no tampering of the product.I had paid for a new new smartphone instead I was sent with the returned piece.I am not happy with flipkart and the retailer who had sent this order.
This is especially for the folks who are looking for new smartphone please don’t order it from Flipkart. com.
